Where Rizel has an approved provider relationship and the appropriate written consumer authorization, credit-report coordination may be included in your service. The exact ordering and delivery process depends on the selected credit-report provider.
Send the notice to Rizel as soon as possible. We can review the administrative request, create an action list, track the deadline, prepare corrected forms and supporting documents, and coordinate the response submission when included in the service.
Where permitted and covered by the client’s authorization, Rizel may assist with routine administrative communications concerning the licensing file. Rizel does not provide legal representation or appear as legal counsel.
Generally, applicant certifications, sworn statements and other signatures that must legally be made by the applicant remain the applicant’s responsibility.
Rizel’s preferred process is for clients to maintain control of their own government account credentials. If access is necessary, it should be handled through the approved secure procedure—not ordinary email or text.
Processing time varies based on the transaction, completeness of the application, government workload, whether additional documentation is requested and whether board review is required. Rizel does not control government processing times.
Rizel can help identify the administrative documentation associated with the application you wish to process, but we do not provide legal determinations about eligibility. Questions requiring legal interpretation should be directed to DBPR or qualified counsel.
Government filing fees, examination fees, fingerprints, credit reports and other third-party charges are separate unless the written service agreement expressly says otherwise. Rizel confirms the service scope before work begins.
Florida contractor licensing remains Rizel’s primary focus. Requests involving other states may be reviewed individually before an engagement is accepted. Availability depends on the jurisdiction, license type and transaction, and each licensing authority controls its own requirements and decisions.
